Switching to Twitter
I've been super busy this winter, mostly due to my job teaching English at a local college, but also because I just recently finished the lengthy process of putting together my application to Marquette University's M. A. in English program. I was thinking for a while of hanging up my blogging hat, but wondered if maybe a switch to Twitter would allow this busy teacher-writer-mom to keep sharing the details of my moth rearing and gardening adventures without the burden of having to elaborate. Think I might still use the Blue Bungalow blog for posting photos. In the meantime, enjoy the tweets via the Twitter widget to your right.

Hi there.
ReplyDeleteI searching the web for Tosa gardeners--I was told by a city clerk that it's illegal to grow vegetables in a front yard in Tosa. I just moved here and I'm having a difficult time believing that. It this the case?--dave

Dave,
ReplyDeleteI'm not certain but I suspect it's probably true that Tosans aren't supposed to grow food in their front yards. I believe Shorewood has a similar ordinance, though some folks there have been fighting it. I guess your options are to grow discretely or to fight the law.
